Eligibility for Admission-
- Graduate from any recognized university for seeking admission in M.A. Programme
- Post Graduate in Economics from any recognized university for seeking admission in M. Phil. Programme.
- Candidates from other Universities seeking admission in the department to any course are required to obtain an Eligibility Certificate from RTM Nagpur University and Submit original documents along with Migration Certificate.
Admission Process-
- M.A. Programme – admission to the programme is through the centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by RTM University on the basis of merit. This is generally conducted in the month of June every year. The detailed information is made available on www.nagpuruniversity.ac.in
- M.Phil. Programme - the aspirants have to qualify the entrance exam conducted by RTM Nagpur University. The detailed information is made available on www.nagpuruniversity.ac.in
- Ph.D. Programme - Candidates those who are interested to pursue Ph.D. must have cleared Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) conducted by the RTM Nagpur University or M.Phil in Economics or cleared NET/SET in Economics. The details of the entrance test are available on the Ph.D. Portal of Nagpur University website.
