Admission

Masters Program (M.Sc.)

• No. of students admitted in each session: 40 + 8 students from Gondwana University.
• Duration- Two years (Four Semesters course).
• Eligibility- B. Sc. with Zoology as one of the subjects.
• Admission procedure: On the basis of merit and rules of the University.
• Specialization: Mammalian Reproductive Physiology, Entomology, Animal Physiology and Fish and Fisheries (offered from the third semester).
• NEP-2020- Four elective papers in one semester as per the choice of the students.
• Project: Minor Project in the Third Semester and Major Project in the Fourth Semester.
• The reservation of seats is according to the Govt. of Maharashtra rules.

Research Programs (Ph.D.)

• Guidance for the Ph.D. degrees is offered in all the specialization
• Admission criteria for Ph.D. : Candidates who have qualified NET/SET or PET  (Ph.D. Entrance Test of RTM Nagpur University) can apply for the registration to Ph.D. programme.
